Cancellation Policy
RS&Co. LLC – Online Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Effective Date: January 1, 2025 We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability of sessions, the following policy applies to all scheduled bookings with RS&Co. LLC. 1. Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance Fee: $0 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any charges. 2. Cancellations Made Between 24 Hours and 1 Hour Before a Session Fee: 10% of the session fee Cancellations within this window will incur a 10% cancellation charge to account for scheduling and preparation time. 3. Cancellations or No-Shows 1 Hour or Less Before a Session Fee: 100% of the session fee Any cancellation made within 1 hour of the session start time or failure to attend the session (no-show) will be charged the full session fee. 4. Rescheduling Rescheduling is subject to the same cancellation windows and associated fees above. Sessions may be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance without penalty. 5. Payment of Fees Cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the payment method used at booking. By booking a session, you consent to these charges in accordance with this policy. 6. Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at RS&Co.’s sole discretion in cases of documented emergencies. 7. Acknowledgment By booking a session with RS&Co. LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Online Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
