Completion of a Comparative Market Analysis of up to five (5) comparable properties for each use type within the market to evaluate their performance, occupancy rates, rental rates, and other relevant metrics to understand the competitive landscape. For mixed-use programs, a separate comparative market analysis will be required for each use type.  RS&Co recommends updating comparative market analyses completed during the previous market feasibility every 90-120 days. This service proposes to update the previous comparable properties with current market data, in addition to identifying any new comparable properties that may now be available. Proposed duration and fee is for up to five (5) comparable properties for one (1) use type. For mixed-use programs, a separate comparative market analysis will be required for each use type.
